The NMPCA Clinical Program
- Provides technical assistance with Health and Quality Plan development for member organizations
- Provides technical assistance with reporting on the UDS clinical measures
- Provides technical assistance for an organization’s accreditation process
- Processes and analyzes Patient Satisfaction Surveys, biannually
- Represents the health center members at statewide and federal meetings, dealing with health, safety/risk management and disease prevention
- Convenes quarterly dental and medical quality improvement meetings
- Brings information from various meetings & resources to our members
- Provides clinical and quality training for health center staff
- Provides an opportunity for health center staff to share best practices
